• Due to the volume of classroom training and consulting we do, we are not always immediately available. You will receive our undivided attention when we are serving you as well.

• Voice mail & email are checked periodically throughout the day. We are generally able to respond to email more quickly. Our promise to you is that we will respond as promptly as possible, and always within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
